Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the tickets.

Um Ihr Right of withdrawal auszuüben, müssen Sie uns (VERBUND Tourismus GmbH, Kesselfallstraße 1, A-5710 Kaprun, Tel: +43 (0)50 313-23 201, Fax: +43 (0)50 313-23 209, E-Mail: tourismus@verbund.com) mittels einer eindeutigen Erklärung (z. B. ein mit der Post versandter Brief, Telefax oder E-Mail) über Ihren Entschluss, diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen, informieren. Sie können dafür das beigefügte Sample cancellation form verwenden, das jedoch nicht vorgeschrieben ist. Zur Wahrung der Widerrufsfrist reicht es aus, dass Sie die Mitteilung über die Ausübung des Right of withdrawals vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist absenden.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of the revocation of the contract. For this repayment, we ask you to provide us with your bank details for processing the transaction; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

Das Right of withdrawal besteht nicht, wenn die Tickets bereits verwendet wurden.
